Bristol Central

Bristol Central and Bristol West T.A.G.B. are run by Mr Downer 5th Degree Black Belt.

Bristol Central is the smaller of the two clubs. Both clubs are mixed adult and children

Bristol West participates in regular competitions, being successful at most.

We have National Championships. British English Welsh Scottish and Irish

Also Area Championships such as South West Southern and various International

bouts. Europeans World Championships.

Beginners are split up to get a more hands on approach to grasping basic techniques and understanding the fundamentals of the art of Tae Kwon-Do and the more advanced students can focus on more advanced tecniques. Lessons are varied from class to class no two classes are exactly the same.
