Beginners Welcome
Training sessions are the normal lessons for the club, they cover patterns, set sparring and progression toward belt awards as well as sparring and lots of group activities. Beginners are welcome to these sessions and they make an ideal place to pop along and see what TaeKwon Do is all about.
